Questions about credits
What does a subscription include?
A monthly or yearly plan adds a set number of credits on each paid period. Studio is the smaller batch. Salon is the larger one. Unused credits from that grant expire after the number of days listed on the plan. Cancel in the billing portal when you do not want the next renewal.
How is a credit pack different?
A pack is one payment. It does not renew. You get 10, 40, or 100 looks, and unused looks expire after the listed number of days. Packs are the right choice if you want a single weekend of previews rather than a standing plan.
What is one credit?
One credit is one successfully generated look from your photo. Select up to 4 hairstyles in one run; the studio shows the total credits before you generate. Failed images are not charged. Face shape checks are free and run in your browser.
Can I preview without signing in?
Yes. Choose your photo and hairstyles to see a blurred preview with an illustrative hairstyle overlay. This is your own photo, not an AI-generated result. Sign in and add credits to generate your looks. Face shape checks are always free and need no account.
What if a generation fails or changes my face?
Failed generations use no credits. We compare facial proportions in your browser; if a result changes them beyond our threshold, we automatically retry once for that look at no extra credit. This check helps preserve your face, but AI previews can still vary.
How long are my photos kept?
For accounts that have never paid, source photos and results are deleted after 24 hours. After you have paid, your images stay in My Looks until you delete them. You can download a look or try another style using its source photo.
