Using HairChanger AI

By using HairChanger AI, you agree to these terms. We provide AI hairstyle previews for personal exploration. Results are generated images and may differ from the appearance or feasibility of a real haircut.

Accounts and Photos

Sign in using Google or email through better-auth. You are responsible for your account and must only upload photos you own or have permission to use. Do not upload unlawful content, impersonate others, or attempt to bypass service limits or access another person's data.

For hairstyle generation, your photo is uploaded to our server and sent to kie.ai, our third-party AI processor. Generated images are stored in Cloudflare R2 and linked to your account. Account and service data are stored in Cloudflare D1. The face-shape detector runs in your browser and does not upload your photo.

Credits, Packs, and Subscriptions

Each generated look costs 1 credit. You can purchase credit packs or a subscription that provides monthly credits. Prices, included credits, and billing periods are shown before checkout. Review the selected plan's terms before purchase. Subscriptions renew according to the billing period shown at checkout until canceled; manage your subscription through your account's billing options.

Payments use Stripe Checkout. We do not store your card numbers. For billing errors, refund questions, or credit issues, contact support@hairchangerai.com. Any mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.

Your Content and Service Availability

You retain your rights to the photos you upload. You authorize us and our processors to handle those photos to deliver the generation you request and store the resulting images for your account. AI outputs may contain errors and may not be unique. You are responsible for how you use them.

We may update the service or suspend access for abuse or violations of these terms. Availability and generation times can depend on third-party providers. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that generated results will meet every expectation, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy and Deletion

See our Privacy Policy for data handling details. Request account or image deletion by emailing support@hairchangerai.com. We may verify ownership and retain records required by law or for payment and fraud-prevention obligations.
